Wednesday night The Capital Area Fashion and Beauty Bloggers had its October meetup at Nectar Skin Bar in Georgetown. When I tell you this place is swanky (thanks Chris) and fabulous, I really mean it.

The place is laid out beautifully. Were it not for the 30-40 excited bloggers visiting and eagerly buzzing around that evening you definitely felt like you were entering into a high end beauty spa right out of a magazine. Beauty products for sale were lined up along the wall along with some fancy handbags as soon as you walk in the door.
As you enter Nectar Skin Bar there are stairs to the right which take you up to the pedicure spa station. This little area is so comfy cozy you could easily relax and fall into a gentle slumber
If you walk through the pedicure station and go back down the stairs on the other end this leads you into the patio area. I can imagine that during the spring and summer this is a marvelous place to hang out.

And whats more every Fashion and Beauty Blogger took home a cute little swag bag filled with beauty goodies
What I found to be the most fun was checking out all the snazzy footwear these fashion bloggers were wearing. I managed to snap a few photos of them. If they belong to you feel free to leave a comment

- I was very fond of these glass heeled silver wedges. Very nice!
- Pairing these beige and blue lace ups with violet tights makes and interesting combo
- Mesh and leather straps. Really a nice look
- Wedges seem to be a common theme
- Keeping those toes warm and stylish at the same time can be a challenge. This fashion blogger has the right idea
