How to find those great Goodwill finds, shop consignment stores and unleash the power of swapping.  Sew Frugal will demonstrate how a wardrobe can be built, expanded and remain fashionable using all of the above. Yes, we’ll even give you tips on how to sew your own clothing…What a lost art!
